Lesson Policies
The stated policies are applicable to all students learning under Luo Lao Shi. Upon beginning lessons, students are taken to be agreeable with the policies as stated.
Consistency

Students are expected to attend 4 lessons every month. Slots are extremely limited and students who fail to attend lessons regularly will have their lesson terminated and time slot given up to others.

Punctuality
Students are to take ownership of their own learning. Luo Lao Shi reserves the right not to provide any additional make-up of lesson minutes if student is regularly late for class as it shows no respect for the lesson and the teacher's time.
No Refund Policy and Forfeiting of Lessons

Upon payment of fees, no refund is allowed. Student will have to complete all lessons or the class will be forfeited 30 days within the date that the class was supposed to be conducted, with no make-up lesson provided. This will be subjected to a case-by-case review.
Last Minute Cancellations/No Show-Up and Forfeiting of Lessons

Students who provide a last minute cancellation within 12 hours before the lesson time, or do not show-up for class will result in the class being forfeited. We do not appreciate students who do not provide any notice. This will be subjected to a case-by-case review, if student is sick (once in a while).
Payment of Fees
Payment of fees are to be made before the first lesson to keep the slot reserved for your child. Payment can be made via Paynow or bank transfer. For cash payment, payment is to be made on the 4th lesson of the previous cycle.
Terminating of Lessons
If by any case that a student decides to terminate lessons, a one-month notice is highly appreciated such that your slot can be given up to other students on the waiting list.
Luo Lao Shi does not welcome rude students with poor learning attitude or are regularly late for lessons. While Luo Lao Shi does her best to teach, the student has to play his/her part in attending class regularly with a positive learning attitude. Luo Lao Shi reserves the right to terminate lessons with such students.
